  • Demonstrate director-level leadership in your areas of responsibility
  • Conduct regular and targeted 1-on-1 meetings with teammates to assist with problem-solving, career challenges, performance, and personal growth goals
  • Coach, mentor, and guide each teammate to cultivate and achieve their personal leadership style
  • Provide education and career development opportunities on an individual and team-wide level
  • Facilitate large and small meetings and tailor meeting flow to a wide range of audiences
  • Develop and facilitate internal trainings and workshops
  • Proactively identify sources of friction and work to resolve them to the benefit of all parties
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-discipline teams on organization development and studio-wide decision-making 
  • Innovate and communicate creative solutions to studio challenges
  • Embrace change, and inspire and motivate others to evangelize studio initiatives


  • 3-5 years in a human resources, coaching, or other people-focused role

  • 3-5 years general work experience + Masters degree (or equivalent) in human resources, leadership development, organizational development, or related field

Although we prefer teammates to live close to our Bellevue, WA office, given the state of the world, we are open to fully-remote work.
